What our clients say:

Payment Options

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE: We are not in network with any private health insurance companies which means that we provide midwifery care on a fee for services basis. While we are not contracted with your private insurance, your specific maternity benefits will state what out-of-network coverage you have, if any. We partner with Express Claims, maternity billing specialists, to determine what your benefits are and to submit a claim to your insurance after the birth of your baby. If any payment is made by your insurance provider, it will be reimbursed to you.

MEDICAID: We accept Sunshine Health and Humana Medicaid plans if they are your primary insurance coverage. Medicaid plans that are held as secondary insurance are not accepted. Your medicaid managed insurance will cover the basics of all your maternity care including prenatal visits, prenatal testing, labor and birth, and postpartum care. We charge a non-covered service fee for the services we provide which are not covered by Medicaid.

PAYMENT PLANS & DISCOUNTS: Payment plans are available for the duration of your care, up to 6 weeks postpartum. We offer a discounted fee for active military, for clients who qualify for Medicaid Share of Cost, and for those who have a medicaid managed insurance that we do not accept.
